Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate information, lawful access to sites and any permissions required for photography or drone operations.
Quotes & Payments
Quotes apply only to the agreed scope. Scope changes may affect pricing. Payment terms are specified on quotations and invoices.
Weather & CASA
Drone operations are subject to weather, CASA regulations, airspace approvals and site safety requirements.

Insurance
SkyMission Studio maintains public liability insurance up to $20 million for eligible commercial operations.

Copyright
All website content and original media remain the intellectual property of SkyMission Studio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Licence
Following full payment, clients receive a licence to use delivered media for the agreed purpose. Ownership remains with SkyMission Studio unless assigned in writing.

Portfolio Rights
Unless confidentiality has been agreed in writing, completed work may be displayed in our portfolio and marketing materials.

Confidentiality
Confidential projects will not be published without written client approval.

Survey Disclaimer
All imagery and visual outputs are supplied for communication, marketing, documentation and inspection purposes only and are not survey-grade or engineering-certified products unless expressly stated.

Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, SkyMission Studio is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from website use or service delivery.
